Explains, not just shows
Every morning a short note: what moved, the likely cause, the one thing to do about it. Written in plain language, in English or Arabic.
Organic, paid, retargeting, CRM and revenue in one screen your CEO can read. Short written summaries of what moved and why, alerts before budget burns, and a recommended next action. Add marketing mix modelling and it also tells you what each channel truly adds to revenue and where the next dirham should go. Built on the tools you already use. Yours to keep.
Results achieved by Pulse founders in previous in-house roles. Brands named are prior employers, not current Pulse clients.
A real build, anonymised, on a 30-minute screen share.

Dashboards are easy to sell and hard to keep alive. Here is the difference.
Sample data. Yours is configured to your channels, targets and language.
The build takes 14. The habit change takes the rest of the month.
Typical of the accounts the founders have set up. Yours depends on how many sources you connect and how clean the customer database is.
Three jobs a monthly PDF cannot do.
Every morning a short note: what moved, the likely cause, the one thing to do about it. Written in plain language, in English or Arabic.
Spend without conversions, a campaign limited by budget, a tracking tag that stopped firing. You hear about it the same day, not at month end.
Cost per customer, marketing efficiency, revenue by channel, follow-up speed. Google, Meta and your CRM finally agree because the dashboard decides which one counts.
Click tracking shows what got the last click. A mix model shows what each channel, online and offline, truly added, and where spend stops paying back.
Built on Google's open-source marketing mix framework: Bayesian, transparent, and able to include brand, video, radio, out-of-home and promotions that pixels never see.
The output is a reallocation: which channels to cut, hold or grow, by how much, and the revenue that plan should return. Refreshed as new data arrives.
Model results sit next to the live numbers, so the AI summary can say "search is past its efficient range this week" instead of only reporting the spend.
| Good fit when | Not yet when |
|---|---|
| Spending across three or more channels, including any offline or brand activity | One or two digital channels only; clean attribution answers the question |
| 18 to 36 months of weekly spend and revenue history | Under 18 months of data; start the dashboard now and model later |
| A budget decision coming up: annual plan, new market, new channel | No decision to make; a model without a decision is a report |
First model in four to six weeks from data hand-over. Delivered with the dashboard or on its own.

What happens between access and go-live.
Read-only access granted, sources connected, one definition agreed for each number that matters.
Layout, alerts and AI summaries built and checked against your existing reports so nothing silently disagrees.
Your team trained in one session. You own the workspace. Optional monthly tuning after that.
Send the link to whatever you get today, a PDF, a sheet, a dashboard. By Monday you get one page: the ten checks a report has to pass before anyone can act on it, where yours passes and fails, and the one number that is probably wrong.
It is the first step of our connect phase, on us. No call, no follow-up sequence.
One page, by Monday. No call needed.

Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok ads; GA4 and Search Console; HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Braze, Bloomreach and Klaviyo; Shopify and other commerce platforms. Anything else connects through an export or webhook.
Fourteen days from access being granted for a standard build: connections in week one, layout, alerts and AI summaries in week two.
Yes. It runs in your own accounts and you keep it if we stop working together. There is no per-seat licence and no monthly platform fee from Pulse.
It reads the connected numbers and writes a short explanation of what changed, why, and what to do next. It alerts you when spend runs without results. It does not change anything in your accounts.
Marketing mix modelling uses statistics on weekly spend and sales data to estimate what each channel, including offline and brand activity, actually adds to revenue, independent of click tracking. It suits businesses spending across several channels with at least 18 months of history. Below that, the dashboard and clean attribution are the better first step.
Weekly spend and impressions by channel, weekly revenue or conversions, and any known drivers such as promotions, seasonality and price changes, for 18 to 36 months. Google, Meta and other platform data can be pulled directly; offline spend comes from your finance records.
Access is read-only, agreed in writing before we start, and revocable by you at any time. Data stays in your accounts and your own reporting workspace.
Thirty minutes on a screen share is enough to see whether it fits.
