10. Data security

We use industry-standard security measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, MFA on all accounts, and processor DPAs — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected individuals and regulators of any material breach within legally required timeframes.

Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately.
